I. Return and Exchange Conditions
You may request a return or exchange provided that the following conditions are met:
The request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
The item(s) remain unused and uninstalled, and are in a condition suitable for resale.
The product packaging is intact, including the original packaging, accessories, and related attachments.
Valid order information or proof of purchase is provided.
Returns or refunds are NOT supported in the following cases:
Items that have been used, installed, or are in a condition that prevents resale (including, but not limited to, keycaps and related products).
Damage caused by human error or misuse (e.g., scratches, breakage, etc.).
Orders for which the return request period has expired.
II. Return Process
Please contact us via email first ([email protected]) to submit your return request and explain the reason.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team, we will provide you with return instructions.
Please ship the item(s) back to the designated address as instructed.
Please provide the return tracking number so that we may monitor and process your return.

III. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to product quality issues or shipping errors (wrong item sent): Return shipping costs will be covered by our company.
For returns due to non-quality-related reasons (e.g., you simply do not like the item, selected the wrong style, etc.): Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
Please confirm with our customer service team before returning any items to avoid unnecessary costs or delays.
IV. Refund Processing Time
Once we have received the returned item(s) and completed our inspection, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing cycles of your bank or payment provider.
V. Exchange Instructions
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different model or style), please initiate a return for the original item first, and then place a new order for the desired item. Our current system does not support direct exchanges at this time.
VI. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled to receive a full refund provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it must be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
VII. Important Notes
Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.
